Buyer acknowledges SALE and/or receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown hereon. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Change of mind, wedding cancellation, dress does not fit are the responsibility of the Buyer. In purchasing a sale or off the rack gown or accessory, Buyer understands that this garment has been tried on by other brides, but never worn or altered.
Gowns are marked based on age and condition. It may require cleaning and repairs (ie, loose button or loop or seam). The cost of any repairs and cleaning, if desired, will be Buyers responsibility. Purchasing a sale or off the rack item, it is sold in ‘as-is condition. In the event of any dispute regarding this sale and purchase, Buyer agrees not to file a chargeback for this purchase.
Some gowns are custom to Your Dream Bridal by the designer in pattern or fabric. The style number is in reference to the original style the designer listed, however the design or fabric could be adjusted for Your Dream Bridal by the designer. If there are changes to the original style, it will be listed in the product description and is the Buyers responsibility to read that.
Buyer has reviewed the dress measurements listed and agrees to the size of the dress. That if for any reason, the gown does not fit or with gain/loss of weight, or if Buyer becomes pregnant, Your Dream Bridal is not responsible for the dress sizing issues or costs incurred to correct.
Alterations are not included and the responsibility of the Buyer. Alterations may be necessary and are a separate cost. Your Dream Bridal is not liable for any alteration inaccuracies, errors, sizing or timing issues.
Shipping internationally: duties, taxes, customs fees, and any customs holds are the responsibility of the Buyer. Your Dream Bridal is not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost during shipping.
Each shipment will be sent via FedEx ground within 7 days of purchase in a box of any size deemed appropriate by Your Dream Bridal with direct signature and with declared value. The dress will arrive in a garment bag but no hanger. As you are purchasing a gown over the phone/internet you recognize that you are purchasing the gown sight unseen.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE, REFUNDABLE NOR EXCHANGEABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
